Parkdale-High Park is a community of engaged, informed, and compassionate people. I want to hear from you about how we can best move forward as a community and as a country on this journey toward reconciliation with Indigenous people.
I will be joined by a panel of guests to discuss an array of issues that are vital to reconciliation. Expert guest speakers include: Confirmed expert guests include: Margaret Froh, President of the Métis Nation of Ontario; Max Fineday, Co-Executive Director of Canadian Roots and nêhiyaw (Cree) activist of the Sweetgrass First Nation; Naulaq LeDrew, Inuk Visual Artist, Throat Singer, Drum dancer & Inuit Cultural Presentation Speaker; and Dr. Anna Banerji, Faculty Lead, Indigenous and Refugee Health, and Associate Professor Pediatrics and Dalla Lana School of Public Health.
